OUR FOCUSE IS TO LOWER PRICES, IMPROVE SERVICE, SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY AND OUR SUBSCRIBERS

LOWERING PRICES:

We have lowered our basic cable service to $29 a month and only $25 a month if you bundle your internet and TV services with us.

These lower prices are due to discontinuing Channel 5, (ESPN 1), channel 10, (ESPN 2), and channel 22, (The Disney Channel). We have discontinued these channels because programming fees increased more than 50%, in mid 2007. To offer the ESPN channels we are trying to work out a deal to create a tier service plan. Those who want ESPN 1 & 2 can have the service added for about $3 more a month. Even with this $3 monthly fee subscriber costs requesting the ESPN channels will still be below previous charges.

Hopefully, an agreement will be reached soon. Our company is also working with The Disney Channel to return this as part of our basic programming service.

LOCAL ACCESS COMMUNITY TV PROGRAMMING:

We are creating several local access channels for local news, events, school activities, government programming, safety warnings, and business advertisement. Our goal is to make the local cable TV service personalized to the community and available to all of our T.V. or Internet subscribers. If you or someone you know is interested in creating programming, or would like to advertise on these local channels, please contact us. Nothing would be better then seeing the community school plays and chamber meetings on TV.

OUR NEW WEB SITE:

This web-site will have a community focus and will include many of the elements mentioned above. This new site will have a programming guide. Please feel free to send your suggestions. The intent of this new web-site is to support our subscribers and the community at large.

LOCAL LIVE TV CAMS:

We are planning to provide live viewing of Coal Creek Canyon. In the future, our subscribers will be able to view weather and driving conditions on State Highway 72 and other major roadways. . Subscribers can also visit the new web-site to view live weather and driving conditions.

NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM:

We are implementing a new phone system, Calls and customer service issues will be forwarded to a live person whenever possible. We will inform our customers of the new phone number soon.

NEW MAIL SERVER AND TOOLS:

Our mail server and client web-mail services are being upgraded to include new client management tools. Those who wish to use web-mail from our server will be able to do so in mid September.

We truly appreciate every one of our subscribers. We hope many of you will bundle your service with the Internet or cable to keep this community utility thriving. There are no risks in trying these new services and our service will only get better as we increase our subscription base.

Sincerely,

Joseph Carpentier and his family Kim and Samantha.
