(3) NOTICES:

1) CHANNEL LISTING CHANGES

As of 11/28/2007 the following channels have been or are in the process of being moved to new locations in our line up.

Channel 6 KRMA, PBS, Denver has been moved to channel 10 open spot.

Channel 15 KTVD, UPN, Denver has been moved to channel 5 open spot.

If you are not seeing programming on channel 5 and 10 you may have to use use your TV's menu and use the "channel search" function to have your TV look for all available channel signals. If this does not restore programming on theses new channels please contact us and we will support you in resolving your problem.

Channel 14 FOX NEWS will soon be reinstated on another channel location. We hope to have this process completed by 12/15/2007. Please refer to this notice page for updates about the progress of this move.


2) NEW "@CANYONCABLE.COM" AMININSTRATION AND WEBMAIL ACCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE

The following are links to our new interfaces for "@canyoncable.com" e-mail accounts only.

Your e-mail admin interface is at http://mail.canyoncable.com/vpostmaster

Your e-mail webmail interface is at http://mail.canyoncable.com/webmail

If you are an active Internet subscriber and have not been issued your new replacement "@canyoncable.com" e-mail account(s), please read notice #2 to learn more about how to do so.


3) ISSUING NEW E-MAIL ACCOUNTS

We are issue new user@canyoncable.com" e-mail accounts for Coal Creek Canyon existing cable Internet clients. This new mail service will include many new administration enhance features within your own personal account management tools and help reduce spam. It will also offer the web mail interface.

If you are a present subscribers to Canyon Cable Internet service should contact us by e-mail with your full name and you billing account number if available so we can identify you as an existing subscriber to our services and the owner of an e-mail account you contact to us with.

This is not delicate information you are sending and the e-mail address you contact us with will be used to send you follow-up information about this e-mail change and the process. Please include other e-mail addresses that may also be attached to your service subscription.

*NOTE: Your existing e-mail account*(s) are not in jeopardy of being deleted or interrupted prior to 10.1.2007 as long as we receive a reply to this e-mail and the account holder is identified as an existing Canyon Cable subscriber linked to the e-mail address(s) in use.* In the coming days instructions will follow describing how to download your past e-mail if you have not already done so, give you access to set up your new "@canyoncable.com" account, as well as implement a forwarding service from your past e-mail account to your new @canyoncable.com".
