The following instruction on how to set up an Outlook/Outlook Express mail account describe the process but many steps and windows shows below could be slightly different due to the version of Outlook/Outlook Express you might be using. In general theses steps and the info the program will ask for will be the same.
1. Click on the icon for Outlook/Outlook Express Express

2. You will now see a window similar to the one below. If this is the first time you have used Outlook or Outlook express the program may to step #5.

3. Click on the "Tools" menu and then choose "Accounts". The below window will then appear.

4. Click on the "Add" menu on the right hand side and select "Mail".
5. In this window fill out the name that will appear when you send an email and then click "Next >"

6. Now enter your full email address that you were given from Canyon Cable and click "Next >".

7. Fill out the information needed:
My incoming mail server is a POP3 server
Incoming Mail POP3, IMAP or HTTP server: mail.canyoncable.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.canyoncable.com

8. Fill out your username and password. The username is your full email address. Click "Next >" when finished with this step.

9. Now click the "Finish" button.

10. You will now be presented with a window like the one below. Click "Close" and you will be brought back to the main window and your account is ready to be used.
